FOREWORD
Minilab is a compact, economical new concept in vertical laminar airflow workstations. MINILAB uses very little bench space, yet provides a decontaminated bench top work space in which to carry out manipulations which must be kept clean. MINILAB is easy to move and can also be placed in different laboratories.
APPLICATIONS
MINILAB can be used in a wide range of disciplines including:
- Microbiology
- Sterile manipulations
- Cell culture
SPECIFICATIONS
Construction: corrosion resistant epoxy powder painted steel.
Work surface: glazed AISI-304 perforated stainless steel -Removable for autoclaving
Transparent side walls and front windows: plexiglass.
Back side: opaque plexiglass.
Absolute filter: HEPA filter, tested with D. 0. P. aerosol. Their efficiency, higher then 99.999% at 0.3 micron particle size - 0.001% penetration - guarantees performance exceeding requirements of U. S. Federal Standard 209 e, BS 5295, VDI-2083 and AS 1386 -1976.
Prefilter: syntethic-fibers pre-filter (washable in water or with compressed air), average arrestance 80/90% ASHRAE (CEN-G3) dust holding capacity 400 g/m2.
Motor blower: direct coupled motor, electronic speed controlled to maintain a constant air flow of 0.45 m/sec, and compensate for a partially clogged filter up to a maximum plenum pressure of 35 mm of water.
Power Supply: 220 V, 50 Hz, single phase. Other voltages available on request. |
