The KBN horizontal laminar air flow benches are the most advanced alternative to sterile rooms, providing highly decontaminated working areas.
Sterile horizontal benches for product contamination protection are constructed either in AISI 304 stainless steel or in epoxy powder painted steel. The wide choice of sizes and materials enables many different applications; each version is supplied with either stainless steel or nonreflective plastic laminate work surfaces.

SPECIFICATIONS
Construction: Corrosion resistant epoxy powder painted steel (as standard); glazed AISI 304 stainless steel (on demand)
Work Surface: AISI-304 stainless steel (as standard) or non reflective plastic laminate (on demand)
Transparent side walls: safety glass
Absolute filter: HEPA filter, tested with D. 0. P aerosol. Their efficiency, higher than 99.995% MPPS -0.005%penetration -ensures performance exceeding requirements of EN1822, U. S. Federal Standard 209 e, British Standard 5295, VDI-2083 and AS 1386-1979.
Pre-filters: synthetic fibers pre-filters washable in water or with compressed air, average arrestance 80/90%ASHRAE (CEN-G3); dust holding capacity 400 g/m2.
Motor-blower (s): direct coupled motor (s), electronic speed controlled to maintain a constant air flow of 0.45 m/sec, and compensate for a partially clogged filter, up to a maximum plenum pressure of 40 mm of water.
Power supply: 230 V -50 Hz, single phase. Other voltages on request.
Lighting: fluorescent lights installed on the anterior part of the ceiling. |
